We ship within the United States. If you are outside of the United States, you can email us and we may be able to make special accommodations to ship to you.
We choose USPS Priority – 3-6 business days (usually 4-5 days) $8.05 Flat Rate.
When orders are received during business hours, we will try to get the order out the same day. Unless there is a problem with the order, all orders will be processed and shipped out at a maximum of two business days.
All orders received before 3PM, will be processed within the same day, unless there is a lot of pending orders ahead, at which point the order will be shipped out the following business day. Weekend orders will be shipped out on the following business day. If there is an urgent problem with shipping, please email us as soon as possible to notify us. Once the shipment is complete it is very difficult to make changes and there will also be additional shipping and restocking fees.
For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct, to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary.
Once you place an order, Simona Jewelry will send you a personalized email within one business day and provide you with an order confirmation number. While your order is processing, you may see the processing status in your Account. Once your order has been shipped, this status will update to ‘shipped’ and you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping carrier tracking number.
Once the package has been returned to us, we will send you an email letting you know. At that point you can make arrangements to have it shipped to an alternate address by getting in contact with us.
Pending: Your order has been submitted. It is pending shipment; however, your order may be in pending status for a variable amount of time due to many factors including ring sizing, special orders, or vendor service disruptions caused by COVID-19. Once your order ships, your status will change to shipped.
Shipped: Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email (as well as a text if you choose that option) with your tracking number and estimated arrival date. You can also check the progress on the Order Status page or use the tracking number on your chosen carrier’s website.
Received: Your package has been delivered.
