Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at SimonaJewelry, that’s why we offer a 15-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 15 days from the purchase date.
- Items returned without authorization will NOT be accepted.
- The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 15 days from when the original order was purchased or received.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. All returns must be sent to our store at our store address with the original packing slip. Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will NOT be processed.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
Once your order has been confirmed, it is not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch. You have an option to cancel but you need to be quick about it. Please contact us immediately, and they will do their best to fulfill your request. However, we cannot promise that they will be able to cancel the delivery if you have already received an e-mail confirmation stating that your order has already been shipped.
- Final Sale items are NOT ELIGIBLE for refund or exchange.
- Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable. SimonaJewelry will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of the special items.
- Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Returns will be processed within 10 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
After we receive and process your return, you will be issued with the appropriate refund. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of receiving the returned package. We will send you an e-mail letting you know we have received and processed it.
After you have received the e-mail, please allow another 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on your bank or card issuer. Unfortunately this delay is beyond our control. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
